Part of the reason that I haven't been posting is that I am really trying to have a successful productive day. And it takes me forever to accomplish what others may do before 9:00 a.m. A successful day for me is full of simple things that make a huge difference in the house, but does not come naturally to me. It will be embarrassing to admit these things, but here goes. A successful day will be one that has completed these tasks.
- Make Beds
- Tidy House
- Do ALL Dishes
- Tidy Kitchen
- Read Scriptures
- SHMD (shower, hair, makeup, dress)
- Exercise.
Easy for some, totally difficult for me. I may have to just take exercise out of there and put it in another goal category. I never get the exercise in.
Anyway what do you consider a successful day?
By the way this is only phase one of my plan, once I have these down I will add other things to the list. Cross your fingers.

To me Kristen this is what I consider a successful day.
#1- Run in the morning
#2- Read sciptures
#3- Get dressed and get at least one asignment done before class starts.
#4- Stay awake in ALL my classes (wholly dependent on what time I went to bed the night before).
#5- Eat a quick lunch (without talking to very many people) and get prepared for my next set of classes.
#6- Study at least 3 hours (if I don't have work).
#7- Get some sort of dinner in before 9 oclock.
#10- Get to bed hopefully by midnight.
#11- Hang out with all my girlfriends. Maybe even kiss them all. :) (kidding of course)
How often do I achieve this you ask? I don't know. It is always subject to change seeing how I live with three other guys, and the fact that we have a big screen tv in our apartment doesn't help.
Oh sorry it says anonymous. This is Jonny your little brother. You may remember me from such films as Carolyns (moms) fourth kid, I dissapeared for two years on the other side of the world and hey look at me I;m a golfer.
I knew it was you. At least I had a hunch. And I thought you said that tv was not something you were interested in, why the Big Screen?

Looks like you and I have similar goals (get that necessary stuff done!). And similar interests (reading!). And similar family sizes (boys!). As for the blogging bit, I'm glad you left a comment because I had no idea about you! And the blogging world is friendly. I know what you mean about constant posts composing in your head. Maybe you'll have time to write them out and maybe not, but I love the permanence of it. It can't be undone by anyone, even Henry.
And I can't say that about many parts of my day:)
I love this post! A successful day for me is...
1) Have Princess at the bus stop on time (weekdays)
2) Get to church/Sunday school (Sundays)
3) Have the kitchen counters cleared by the time my hubby gets home.
4) Have my 2 boys take good naps so they are not crabby.
5) Do my Bible study (and not hurry thru it!)
6) Post at least one thing to my blog.
7) Email my mother and my sister.
8) Have 15 minutes to myself to breathe
